When you fill out our booking form or interact with us on WhatsApp, we collect basic necessary information:

• Contact Details: Your full name, phone/WhatsApp number, and email address (if provided).
• Event Logistics: Date, time slot, duration, package selected, and specific event venue address in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Wah Cantt, Abbottabad, Attock, or Haripur.
• Transaction Proofs: Screenshots of advance bank transfers or Easypaisa/Meezan transaction receipts uploaded to verify your slot.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Your data is strictly used for operational purposes:

• To confirm and lock in your requested event dates and dispatch our performer crews.
• To contact you via WhatsApp or call regarding schedule verifications or arrival logistics.
• To issue confirmation notices and maintain customer booking records.

3. DATA PROTECTION & SHARING

We do not sell, rent, or trade your contact information to any third parties. All uploaded transaction receipts are stored securely within protected servers with strict access permissions and are automatically archived after event completion.

4. SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT & FOOTAGE

Our performances are inherently public and interactive. As part of our service offering, our team or attendees may capture video reels, TikToks, and photographs of the mascot performance at your event. If your event is strictly private (such as a private family wedding reception where no media should be captured by our crew), please notify our coordinator via WhatsApp at the time of booking.
