TERMS OF SERVICE & BOOKING POLICY

1. BOOKING & 50% ADVANCE DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT

• A mandatory 50% advance payment (half payment) is required to lock in your date, time slot, and mascot team for your event.
• Slots are allocated on a strict first-come, first-served basis upon receipt confirmation.

2. FULL PAYMENT DEADLINE (STRICT REQUIREMENT)

DEAL BREAKER: The remaining 50% balance of the booking package must be paid in full at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled event date.

• Failure to clear the full payment 24 hours prior will result in immediate slot cancellation and forfeiture of deposit according to the refund scale below.
• Our performers and mascot crew will NOT dispatch to the event venue without full payment clearance in advance.

3. TIERED CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Notice of cancellation must be provided via official WhatsApp (+92 327 4566369) or phone call prior to the event date. Deductions apply to the 50% advance as follows:

4. CLIENT VENUE RESPONSIBILITIES

• The client must provide a secure, clean, and private room/space for the mascot performer to change and rest before and after performance.
• For outdoor events during extreme weather (heavy rain or extreme heat above 42°C), adequate shade or covered area must be provided to protect inflatable/plush suits and electronics.
